With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Nathan Powell serves as Principal, bringing deep expertise in estimating, project management, project analysis and feasibility, and pre-construction services. A graduate of Oregon State University, Nathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management with a Minor in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude.

Nathan has led a wide range of projects, each with its own unique challenges and distinctions. Notable among them are the GHR Law Office, completed under budget and ahead of schedule during the COVID-19 pandemic; the Court Yard Apartments, a pioneering urban development in downtown Salem; and Sage Dental Wellness, a complex remodel and addition that required guiding the owner through an unfamiliar process.

Known for his commitment to transparency and strong communication, Nathan believes construction is not just about delivering buildings—it’s about building relationships. He thrives on creating collaborative environments among clients, trade partners, and stakeholders, and is passionate about improving efficiencies, planning strategically, and setting clear goals.

Josh’s journey in construction began during his high school summers, working on residential and commercial job sites throughout the Salem area. He gained hands-on experience with local contractors, developing a versatile skill set that ranged from concrete work to finish carpentry. These early experiences instilled in him a deep appreciation for precision and craftsmanship in building both homes and commercial spaces.

In 2003, Josh launched his own business and has been building across Oregon ever since. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and has spent over 20 years in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Josh has been drawn to the scale, complexity, and high standards of commercial projects. He finds fulfillment in seeing a client’s vision come to life — where architectural impact meets functional design.
